Matthew advises and supports entrepreneurs who are developing technologies that will have a transformative impact on their industry. Prior to joining JumpStart, Matthew spent two decades in healthcare-related tech roles at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital. Most recently, Matthew served as Vice President of BioEnterprise, where he focused on finding and growing emerging and established healthcare innovations that capitalize on technology and data to change the way healthcare is delivered. In addition, he has been part of the leadership team for four startups, including two he co-founded, including Facilicom, which was acquired by World Communications and Trade Scape, which was acquired by E-Trade. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s in Education/Biology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.
