Elizabeth is a pelvic floor physical therapist. Since graduating from the Program in Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis, her personal and professional experiences led her in the direction of Women’s Health. Since 2014, she has worked tirelessly to promote pelvic health and wellness to persons of all ages, in collaboration with Renalis’ related non-profit. Elizabeth is the Owner and Director of the Total Control Program, a pelvic wellness program for girls and women of all ages. She has been responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining relevance to her programs, bringing that expertise to the Renalis team.
